Text
If the state medical board determines under section4772.04of the Revised Code that an applicant meets the requirements for a license to practice as a certified mental health assistant, the secretary of the board shall register the applicant as a certified mental health assistant and issue to the applicant a license to practice as a certified mental health assistant. The license shall be valid for a two-year period unless revoked or suspended, shall expire on the date that is two years after the date of issuance, and may be renewed for additional two-year periods in accordance with section4772.08of the Revised Code.
