Text
(A)The state medical board shall adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code to implement and administer this chapter.
(B)The rules adopted under this section shall include all of the following:
(1)Standards and procedures for issuing and renewing licenses to practice as a certified mental health assistant;
(2)Application fees for an initial or renewed license;
(3)Rules governing physician-delegated prescriptive authority for certified mental health assistants;
(4)Rules establishing quality assurance standards for certified mental health assistants, including a process to be used for all of the following:
(a)Routine review by the supervising physician of selected patient record entries made by the certified mental health assistant and selected medical order
