Text
(A)A license issued by the state medical board under section4772.06of the Revised Code authorizes the license holder to prescribe and personally furnish drugs and therapeutic devices in the exercise of physician-delegated prescriptive authority.
(B)In exercising physician-delegated prescriptive authority, a certified mental health assistant is subject to section4772.13of the Revised Code and all of the following:
(1)The certified mental health assistant shall exercise physician-delegated prescriptive authority only to the extent that the physician supervising the certified mental health assistant has granted that authority.
