Text

If the state medical board determines under section4760.03of the Revised Code that an applicant meets the requirements for a license to practice as an anesthesiologist assistant, the secretary of the board shall register the applicant as an anesthesiologist assistant and issue to the applicant a license to practice as an anesthesiologist assistant. The license shall be valid for a two-year period unless revoked or suspended, shall expire on the date that is two years after the date of issuance, and may be renewed for additional two-year periods in accordance with section4760.06of the Revised Code.
