Text
As used in this chapter:
(A)"Ambulatory surgical facility" has the same meaning as in section3702.30of the Revised Code.
(B)"Anesthesiologist assistant" means an individual who assists an anesthesiologist in developing and implementing anesthesia care plans for patients.
(C)"Anesthesiologist" means a physician who has successfully completed an approved anesthesiology training program, as specified in the accreditation requirements that must be met to qualify as graduate medical education, as defined in section4731.04of the Revised Code.
(D)"Hospital" has the same meaning as in section3727.01of the Revised Code.
(E)"Physician" means an individual authorized under Chapter 4731. of the Revised Code to practice medicine and surgery or osteopathic medicine and surgery.
