Text
For any hearing it conducts under this chapter, the chemical dependency professionals board may appoint one of its voting members to act on behalf of the board. It is not necessary that the member be an attorney to be appointed. The board shall make the appointment in writing.
A finding or order of a member appointed to act on behalf of the board is a finding or order of the board when confirmed by the board.
