Text

The chemical dependency professionals board shall meet to discuss matters relating to the administration and operation of the board and the regulation of the practices of substance use disorder counseling and prevention services. The board shall hold at least one regular meeting every three months. Additional meetings may be held at such times as the board determines, on the call of the chairperson, or on the written request to the executive director of three or more voting board members. If three or more voting members request a meeting, the executive director shall call a meeting, which shall be held not later than seven days after the request is received. Seven voting members of the board constitute a quorum to conduct business. Except as provided in section4758.32of the Revised Code,
