Text

The chemical dependency professionals board shall not discriminate against any licensee, certificate holder, endorsement holder, or applicant for a license, certificate, or endorsement under this chapter because of the individual's race, color, religion, gender, national origin, disability as defined in section4112.01of the Revised Code, or age. The board shall afford a hearing to any individual who files with the board a statement alleging discrimination based on any of those reasons.
