Text
(A)Subject to section4758.30of the Revised Code, a license, certificate, or endorsement issued under this chapter expires the following period of time after it is issued:
(1)In the case of an initial chemical dependency counselor assistant certificate, thirteen months;
(2)In the case of any other license, certificate, or endorsement, two years.
(B)Subject to section4758.30of the Revised Code and except as provided in section4758.27of the Revised Code, the chemical dependency professionals board shall renew a license, certificate, or endorsement issued under this chapter in accordance with the standard renewal procedure established under Chapter 4745. of the Revised Code if the individual seeking the renewal pays the renewal fee established under section4758.21of the Revised Code and
