Text
(A)The chemical dependency professionals board shall issue a license, certificate, or endorsement in accordance with Chapter 4796. of the Revised Code to an applicant if either of the following applies:
(1)The applicant holds a license, certificate, or endorsement in another state.
(2)The applicant has satisfactory work experience, a government certification, or a private certification as described in that chapter in a state that does not issue the license, certificate, or endorsement for which the applicant is applying.
(B)A license or certificate obtained under this section may be renewed or restored under section4758.26of the Revised Code if the individual holding the license or certificate satisfies the renewal or restoration requirements established by that section. An individu
