Text
No person shall operate or maintain a junk yard, adjacent to the interstate or primary systems inside a municipality, except in zoned or unzoned industrial areas, unless he has first obtained a license issued under sections4737.05to4737.12, inclusive, of the Revised Code provided that the exception does not prohibit the regulation or prohibition of junk yards in zoned or unzoned industrial areas by municipal corporations.
No licensee shall operate or maintain a junk yard in violation of the provisions of sections4737.05to4737.12, inclusive, of the Revised Code.
