No person shall purchase or receive by sale, barter, exchange, or otherwise, an article mentioned in sections4737.01to4737.03, inclusive, of the Revised Code, of a minor or apprentice, knowing or having reason to believe him to be such, or from any person between the hours of nine p.m. and seven a.m.
