Text
(A)"Personal identification card" means a current and valid driver's license, military identification card, state identification card issued under sections4507.50to4507.52of the Revised Code, or a state identification card issued by another state on the condition that that card contains information substantially similar to the information contained on a state identification card issued under sections4507.50to4507.52of the Revised Code and also contains a photograph of the person to whom the card is issued.
