Text
Not later than sixty days after the "Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure Compact" is entered into under section4730.70of the Revised Code, the state medical board, in accordance with Section 7 of the compact, shall select one individual to serve as the delegate to the PA licensure compact commission created under the compact. The board shall fill a vacancy in this position not later than sixty days after the vacancy occurs.
