Text
Upon application by the holder of a license to practice as a physician assistant, the state medical board shall issue a duplicate license to replace one that is missing or damaged, to reflect a name change, or for any other reasonable cause. The fee for a duplicate license shall be thirty-five dollars. All fees collected under this section shall be deposited in accordance with section4731.24of the Revised Code.
