In addition to rules that are specifically required or authorized by this chapter to be adopted, the state medical board may, subject to division (D) of section4730.06of the Revised Code, adopt any other rules necessary to govern the practice of physician assistants, the supervisory relationship between physician assistants and supervising physicians, and the administration and enforcement of this chapter. Rules adopted under this section shall be adopted in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code.
