(A)As used in this section:

(1)"Community addiction services provider" has the same meaning as in section5119.01of the Revised Code.

(2)"Medication-assisted treatment" has the same meaning as in section340.01of the Revised Code.

(B)A physician assistant shall comply with section3719.064of the Revised Code and rules adopted under section4730.55of the Revised Code when treating a patient with medication-assisted treatment or proposing to initiate such treatment. Last updated September 25, 2023 at 10:30 AM
