Text
(A)A license issued by the state medical board under section4730.12of the Revised Code authorizes the license holder to exercise physician-delegated prescriptive authority if the holder meets either of the following requirements:
(1)Holds a master's or higher degree described in division (B) of section4730.11of the Revised Code;
(2)Had prescriptive authority while practicing as a physician assistant in another jurisdiction, in any of the armed forces of the United States or the national guard of any state, or in the United States public health service commissioned corps.
(B)A license described in division (D) of section4730.11of the Revised Code authorizes the license holder to exercise physician-delegated prescriptive authority if, on October 15, 2015, the license holder held a va
