(A)The board of embalmers and funeral directors, without the necessity for conducting a prior adjudication hearing, may issue a notice of violation to the holder of an embalmer's, funeral director's, funeral home, or embalming facility, or crematory facility license, or a crematory operator permit or a courtesy card permit issued under this chapter who the board finds has committed any of the violations described in division (A)(9) of section4717.04of the Revised Code. The notice shall set forth the specific violation committed by the licensee or permit holder and shall be sent by certified mail.
