Text
(A)Whoever violates section4715.17of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense and a misdemeanor of the fourth degree on each subsequent offense.
(B)Whoever violates section4715.18of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
(C)Whoever violates section4715.09,4715.19,4715.20,4715.29,4715.32,4715.39,4715.52, or4715.61of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree on a first offense and a felony of the fifth degree on each subsequent offense.
(D)Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty has been prescribed is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree on a first offense and a misdemeanor of the second degree on each subsequent offense.
