Text
A hearing referee or examiner assigned to conduct a hearing pursuant to section4715.037of the Revised Code shall hear and consider the oral and documented evidence introduced by the parties during the hearing. Not later than thirty days following the close of the hearing, the referee or examiner shall issue to the state dental board, in writing, proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law. Along with the proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law, the board shall be given copies of the record of the hearing and all exhibits and documents presented by the parties at the hearing.
