Text
Before entering upon the discharge of the duties of his office, the secretary of the state dental board shall give a bond to the state in the sum of two thousand dollars conditioned for the faithful discharge of the duties of his office , the premium for such bond to be paid in the same manner as other expenses of the board. Such bond, with the approval of the board and oath of office indorsed thereon, shall be deposited with the secretary of state and kept in his office. Such board may employ such assistants, inspectors, investigators, and clerical help as it deems necessary to enforce sections4715.01to4715.35of the Revised Code, the expense thereof to be charged and paid as other expenditures of the board.
