Nothing in sections4715.43to4715.436of the Revised Code authorizes any activity prohibited by division (F) of section4715.22of the Revised Code, prohibited or not authorized by section4715.23of the Revised Code, or prohibited by this chapter or a rule adopted by the state dental board under this chapter.
