The state dental board may, in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, suspend or revoke a permit issued under section4715.43of the Revised Code if the permit holder fails to comply with sections4715.431to4715.437of the Revised Code, including any rules adopted by the board under section4715.346of the Revised Code.
