(A)No person shall authorize a dental hygienist to provide dental hygiene services under section4715.365of the Revised Code unless the person holds a current, valid oral health access supervision permit issued under section4715.362of the Revised Code.

(B)No person shall provide dental hygiene services under section4715.365of the Revised Code unless the person holds a current, valid permit issued under section4715.363of the Revised Code to practice under the oral health access supervision of a dentist.
