Sections4715.01to4715.35of the Revised Code do not apply to a bona fide student of dentistry when he is participating in any of the educational programs of an accredited dental college. Sections4715.23to4715.30of the Revised Code do not apply to a bona fide dental hygiene student when he is participating in any of the educational programs of an accredited dental hygiene school. A licensed dentist or a dentist holding a teaching certificate shall be physically present in the facility whenever students of dentistry or dental hygiene are performing clinical dental procedures on patients.
