Text
No person shall practice as or perform the duties of a dental hygienist in violation of sections4715.20to4715.27, inclusive, of the Revised Code.
Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalties provided for the illegal practice of dentistry in section4715.99of the Revised Code.
