If an applicant passes the examination required by section4715.10of the Revised Code, the applicant shall receive a license from the state dental board attested by its seal and signed by the president and secretary, which shall be conclusive evidence of the applicant's right to practice dentistry. If the loss of a license is satisfactorily shown, a duplicate thereof shall be issued by the board. If an applicant fails the examination required by section4715.10of the Revised Code, the applicant may apply for re-examination at a subsequent regular or special examination meeting of the state dental board.
