(A)As used in this section, "accredited dental college" means a dental college accredited by the commission on dental accreditation or a dental college that has educational standards recognized by the commission on dental accreditation and is approved by the state dental board.
(B)Each person who desires to practice dentistry in this state shall file a written application for a license with the secretary of the state dental board. Except as provided in division (F) of this section, each application shall be on a form prescribed by the board and verified by oath. Each applicant shall furnish satisfactory proof to the board that the applicant has met the requirements of divisions (C) and (D) of this section, and if the applicant is a graduate of an unaccredited dental college located outs
