Each member of the state dental board shall  receive an amount fixed pursuant to division (J) of section124.15of the Revised Code for each day actually employed in the  discharge of the official duties of the member, and the necessary  expenses of the member. The secretary and vice-secretary shall be  reimbursed for necessary expenses incurred in the discharge of the  official duties of the secretary and vice-secretary, respectively.  All vouchers of the board shall be approved by the board president  or executive secretary, or both, as authorized by the board.
