Text
On receipt of a notice pursuant to section3123.43of the Revised Code, the state cosmetology and barber board shall comply with sections3123.41to3123.50of the Revised Code and any applicable rules adopted under section3123.63of the Revised Code with respect to a license issued pursuant to this chapter or licenses issued pursuant to Chapter 4709. of the Revised Code.
