Text

(A)The state cosmetology and barber board shall furnish a copy of the infection control standards established by rules adopted under section4713.08of the Revised Code to both of the following:
(1)Each individual or person to whom the board issues a practicing license, advanced license, license to operate a salon or school, or boutique services registration;
(2)Each individual providing cosmetic therapy, massage therapy, or other professional service in a salon under section4713.42of the Revised Code.
(B)A salon or school provided a copy of the infection control standards under division (A) of this section shall post the standards in a public and conspicuous place in the salon or school. Last updated September 3, 2024 at 2:48 PM
