The state cosmetology and barber board shall furnish a copy of the standards established by rules adopted under section4713.08of the Revised Code for installing and operating a tanning facility to each individual to whom the board issues a permit to operate a tanning facility. An individual provided a copy of the standards shall post the standards in a public and conspicuous place in the tanning facility.
