Text
A license or registration issued by the state cosmetology and barber board pursuant to this chapter is valid until the last day of January of the odd-numbered year following its original issuance or renewal, unless the license is revoked or suspended prior to that date. Renewal shall be done in accordance with the standard renewal procedure of Chapter 4745. of the Revised Code. The board may refuse to renew a license if the individual holding the license has an outstanding unpaid fine levied under section4713.64of the Revised Code.
