Every license issued by the state cosmetology and barber board shall be signed by the chairperson and attested by the executive director of the board, with the seal of the board attached.
The board shall specify on each practicing and advanced license that the board issues the branch of cosmetology that the license entitles the holder to practice. The board shall specify on each instructor license that the board issues the branch of cosmetology that the license entitles the holder to teach.
