Text
(A)The state cosmetology and barber board shall issue a permit to operate a tanning facility to an applicant if all of the following conditions are satisfied:
(1)The applicant applies in accordance with the application process adopted by rules adopted under section4713.08of the Revised Code.
(2)The applicant pays to the treasurer of state the fee established by those rules.
(3)An initial inspection of the premises indicates that the tanning facility has been installed and will be operated in accordance with those rules.
(B)A permit holder shall post the permit in a public and conspicuous place on any premises where the tanning facility is located. An individual shall obtain a separate permit for each of the premises owned or operated by that individual at which the individual seek
