Text

A student who is injured or damaged by reason of the failure of a school to continue instruction in the theory and practice of a branch of cosmetology or barbering may maintain an action on the bond against the school, or surety named therein, or both of them, for the recovery of any money or tuition paid in advance for instruction in the theory and practice of a branch of cosmetology or barbering that was not received.
