Text
An individual holding a current, valid license issued under section4731.15of the Revised Code to provide massage therapy may provide massage therapy in a salon. An individual holding a current, valid license or certificate issued by a professional regulatory board of this state may practice the individual's profession in a salon if the individual's profession is authorized by rules adopted under section4713.08of the Revised Code to practice in a salon. An individual may provide cosmetic therapy in a salon if authorized by rules adopted under section4713.08of the Revised Code to practice in a salon.
