An individual who holds a current, valid cosmetologist license or an advanced license to practice cosmetology issued by the state cosmetology and barber board may engage in the practice of one or more branches of cosmetology as the individual chooses in a licensed facility. An individual who holds a current, valid esthetician license or an advanced license to practice esthetics issued by the board may engage in the practice of esthetics but no other branch of cosmetology in a licensed facility.
