Text
Not later than sixty days after the "Cosmetology Licensure Compact" is entered into under section4713.33of the Revised Code, the state cosmetology and barber board, in accordance with Article 9 of the compact, shall select one individual to serve as a delegate to the cosmetology licensure compact commission created under the compact. The board shall fill a vacancy in this position not later than sixty days after the vacancy occurs.
