In accordance with rules adopted under section4713.08of the Revised Code, the state cosmetology and barber board may waive a condition established by section4713.28of the Revised Code for a license to practice a branch of cosmetology for an applicant who practices that branch of cosmetology in a state or country that does not license or register branches of cosmetology.
