An inspector employed by the state cosmetology and barber board may take a sample of a product used or sold in a salon or school for the purpose of examining the sample, or causing an examination of the sample to be made, to determine whether division (M) of section4713.14of the Revised Code has been violated. Should the results of the test prove that division (M) of section4713.14of the Revised Code has been violated, the board shall take action in accordance with section4713.64of the Revised Code. A fine imposed under that section shall include the cost of the test. The person's license may be suspended or revoked. Last updated August 27, 2024 at 10:12 AM
