Text
(A)Whoever violates division (A) of section4703.18or section4703.411of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree; for each subsequent offense such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
(B)Whoever violates section4703.32of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than fifty nor more than two hundred dollars for the first offense; for each subsequent offense such person shall be fined not less than two hundred nor more than five hundred dollars.
