Text
The governor shall appoint an architects board, which shall be composed of five individuals, four of whom shall be architects who have been in active practice in the state for not less than five years previous to their appointment, and one of whom shall be a member of the general public and who is not an architect.
At the expiration of the term of office of each of the members the governor shall, with the advice and consent of the senate appoint a successor. Terms of office shall be for five years, commencing on the third day of October and ending on the second day of October. Each member shall hold office from the date of appointment until the end of the term for which appointed.
