(A)Each original certificate of qualification to practice architecture issued and registered shall authorize the holder to practice architecture as a registered architect throughout this state from the date of issuance until the last day of December of the odd-numbered year next succeeding the date upon which the certificate was issued, unless the certificate has been revoked or suspended for cause as provided in section4703.15of the Revised Code. Every holder of such certificate or its renewal shall secure a seal of the design prescribed by the rules of the architects board. All working drawings and specifications prepared by or under the supervision of the holder shall be imprinted with this seal. (B) Each certificate of authorization issued under division (L) of section4703.18of the Revised Code shall authorize the holder to provide architectural services, through the architect designated as being in responsible charge of the architectural practice, from the date of issuance until the last day of June next succeeding the date upon which the certificate was issued, unless the certificate has been revoked or suspended for cause as provided in section4703.15of the Revised Code or has been suspended pursuant to section3123.47of the Revised Code.
