(A)The architects board shall file with the governor, after the close of each fiscal year a full report of its operations as of the thirtieth day of June of said year, together with a statement of receipts and expenditures.

(B)A roster, showing the name, registration number, and address of all architects registered and in good standing as of the first day of April of each even-numbered year under sections4703.01to4703.19of the Revised Code, shall be prepared by the board in each even-numbered year.
