Text

(A)The Ohio landscape architects board, upon its own motion or upon the verified complaint in writing of any person, may investigate any alleged violation of sections4703.30to4703.52of the Revised Code. The board, in its discretion, may disregard any complaint filed more than two years after the act or omission alleged as a violation of those sections.
(B)The board may apply to any court of competent jurisdiction for relief by injunction or restraining order to enjoin or restrain a person, firm, corporation, partnership, limited liability company, or other group or combination of persons from the commission of any act that is prohibited by sections4703.30to4703.52of the Revised Code or by rules adopted by the board under sections4703.30to4703.49of the Revised Code that govern
