Text
The attorney general is hereby designated as the legal advisor of the architects board.
Any person having knowledge of facts leading to the belief that a violation of division (A) of section4703.18of the Revised Code has occurred, may file an affidavit stating such facts with the prosecuting attorney of the county in which such alleged violation occurred, for the purpose of having a complaint filed by such prosecuting attorney.
