The architects board may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction for relief by injunction or restraining order to enjoin or restrain a person, firm, corporation, partnership, or any other group or combination of persons from the commission of any act which is prohibited by sections4703.01to4703.19of the Revised Code, or by rules governing the standards of service, conduct, and practice to be followed in the practice of the profession of architecture in the state, as adopted by the board under Chapter 4703. of the Revised Code. The remedy provided by this section shall be in addition to any other remedy provided by law.
