Text

The administrator of workers' compensation shall adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code to administer and enforce this chapter, including rules to administer and enforce division (B) of section4125.03of the Revised Code. The administrator may adopt rules for the acceptance of electronic filings in accordance with Chapter 1306. of the Revised Code for applications, documents, reports, and other filings required by this chapter. The administrator may allow an independent assurance organization to act on behalf of a professional employer organization or professional employer organization reporting entity in complying with this chapter and any rules adopted under it. The assurance organization shall be approved by the administrator before acting on behalf
